About the role
We’re a coffee business with multiple locations across Sydney CBD, looking for an experienced barista to join the team on a full-time basis. This is a stable, weekday-only role with consistent hours.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee to a consistent standard across high-volume periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee station and equipment
- Manage stock levels (milk, beans, cups, etc.) and communicate reorder needs
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep service running smoothly during peak hours
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ barista experience in Australia (latte art not required)
- Comfortable working at a pace that supports 6kg+ bean throughput per day
- Available Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Must be legally entitled to work in Australia and taxed correctly (on the books)
