Full-Time Venue General Manager – Yo-Chi Chippendale

How you'll make an impact:
- Deliver outstanding guest experiences and set the standard for your team.
- Motivate and develop your team to perform at their best.
- Uphold excellence in service, quality, safety, and presentation.
- Manage labour, COGS and P&L to deliver strong results.
- Recruit, train and retain top talent, fostering a positive, high-performing team.
- Connect with the local Chippendale community through events, partnerships and activations to grow the Yo-Chi love.
Who we're looking for:
- Experienced leaders in retail or hospitality
- Confidence in managing financial performance (labour, COGS, budgets and P&L).
