Play a key coordination role across sales, operations and customers.
We’re looking for a highly organised and reliable Sales Support Administrator to support our growing Sales Team.
This role sits at the centre of our day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with clients and the Sales Manager throughout the process of our new marketing project targeted at real estate agencies.
Our company is a unique delivery model which provides cutting edge promotional print and distribution services to local, regional and corporate advertisers. We are currently in our expansion phase where we are looking to grow our team.
The successful candidate will play an integral part in the day-to-day operations and sales within new business projects.

Key Functions:
- Act as a key point of contact for customer enquiries
- Coordinate day-to-day sales support, including account setup, follow ups and general requests
- Liaise across sales, marketing and operations teams to keep projects, timelines and deliverables on track
- Provide customer service
- Manage databases and internal records
- Coordinate appointments and meetings
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in administration, sales support or coordination roles (juniors are welcome)
- Proactive and motivated approach
- Resilient, resourceful and calm under pressure
- Willingness to go above and beyond
- Excellent communicator with high EQ and sound judgement
- Outgoing and energetic
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook & Excel
Prior experience working in a small environment with exposure to Sales Teams and general office duties, data entry.
With a max or combined no more than 5yrs experience in Administration and Sales Support.

Hours are 9am-5.30pm.
Office is based in the St George Area.
