Make a meaningful difference every day as a Residential Care Partner at our warm and friendly Graceford aged care home in Byford. In this casual role, you’ll provide person‑centred support with personal care, daily living activities, mobility, meals and meaningful social engagement. Your care helps residents maintain independence, wellbeing and quality of life.
You’ll contribute to a homely, safe and respectful environment, working alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team and bringing empathy, patience and professionalism to every shift.

You bring a genuine commitment to supporting older people with dignity and respect. You enjoy working in a team and building meaningful relationships with residents, families and colleagues.
You will have:
Certificate III in Aged Care (or similar), or currently working towards it; or undertaking undergraduate Registered Nurse studies
Understanding of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and values
A person‑centred approach to care
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds, including CALD communities
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Confidence managing a busy workload and adapting to changing priorities
Commitment to customer‑focused care
Basic to intermediate IT skills across a range of applications
