We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with knowledge and a broad range of concepts, technology, and domain insights to develop and deliver world-class software solutions.
You will be primarily responsible for building software and providing technical tooling and advice that allows our ventures to operate safely at speed within a regulated environment. You should be comfortable communicating and working with a wide range of roles across the ventures.
Along with software engineering, there is an expectation you can help establish and evolve the technology policies and procedures that help run our portfolio of ventures safely.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React , Node.js , and TypeScript
Contribute to and uphold engineering best practices around code quality, testing, CI/CD, and observability
Champion engineering excellence by advocating for best practices , including code quality, testing, observability, and documentation across broader x15 engineering community
We are interested to hear from people who have experience in
Comfortable working in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and using tools like Docker , GitHub Actions, or similar for CI/CD
