About the Role
We are currently seeking physically fit and reliable Container Unloaders to join our team based in Mount Cotton, QLD. This role involves unloading shipping containers by hand, palletising products, wrapping pallets, and preparing stock for storage and dispatch. This is a physically demanding position with ongoing hours available for the right candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Unload cartons, boxes, and products from shipping containers.
- Sort, stack, and palletise stock safely and efficiently.
- Wrap and label pallets ready for storage or dispatch.
- Perform repetitive manual handling tasks throughout the shift.
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Follow workplace procedures and safety requirements at all times.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily unloading targets.
Essential Requirements
- Physically fit and capable of repetitive lifting of up to 25kg.
- Previous container unloading, warehouse, labouring, or manual handling experience highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
- Own transport and reliable means of getting to Mount Cotton.
