We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to join our growing courier and logistics team. This is a full-time position based in Sydney, providing front-of-house support and assisting with the day-to-day operations of our busy office.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting clients and visitors professionally
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
Responding to emails and customer enquiries
Scheduling courier bookings and assisting with dispatch
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Filing and general administrative duties
Supporting the operations team as required
About You:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Previous reception or administration experience is preferred but not essential
