You are an experienced and confident Centre Manager who:
- Thrives in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Builds strong, trusted relationships with families and the local community
- Has a proven track record in achieving occupancy, financial, and compliance targets
- Is passionate about delivering high-quality early education and care
You will also hold:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated Centre Manager experience
In this role, you will:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring strong commercial and compliance outcomes
- Create a positive, engaging team culture focused on quality and continuous improvement
- Mentor and guide educators to achieve Meeting and Exceeding outcomes under the National Quality Standards
- Drive occupancy growth through strong community engagement and family partnerships
