The Role
We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team for 20 hours per week. This is a fully remote role supporting our Head of Sales by managing inbound enquiries, qualifying opportunities and helping convert leads into clients.
Previous CRM sales experience is essential. We're looking for someone who understands consultative sales, enjoys building relationships and has experience selling or working with CRM software solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Responding to and following up inbound leads.
- Qualifying prospective clients and understanding their business needs.
- Hosting Planning Sessions (video calls) to understand client needs and business requirements.
- Overseeing Project Plan estimates and quotations, ensuring proposed solutions align with client requirements.
- Nurturing the lead-to-account journey from initial enquiry through to project handover.
- Supporting the Head of Sales with pipeline management and sales activities.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Working closely with clients to understand their CRM requirements and recommend the appropriate next steps.
What We're Looking For
- Previous CRM sales experience is essential.
- Experience selling or working with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Odoo, Monday.com or Microsoft Dynamics is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, business development or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email and video meetings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Confident using CRM systems and comfortable discussing business processes and software solutions with prospective clients.
- Australian-based applicants are preferred due to our client base.
