Installer first, with more earning potential: If you are interested in expanding your role, there are also opportunities to identify customer needs and sell suitable window furnishing solutions in addition to completing installations. Sales participation is optional and supported with training.

Your Role
You will install products from our range of blinds, curtains, shutters, awnings, security doors and window grills, while providing professional service in customers’ homes.
· Complete installations safely, accurately and to a high standard
· Measure, calculate, troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues
· Protect customers’ homes and leave each work area clean and tidy
· Communicate clearly with customers and the support team
· Document and report installation issues when required
· If interested, discuss suitable additional products with customers and convert genuine opportunities into sales
What You Will Need
· An active ABN as a sole trader or registration as a Pty Ltd company
· Your own reliable vehicle, ideally a van with roof racks, and appropriate tools
· A current Australian driver’s licence
· Installation experience in blinds, curtains, awnings, security products or a related trade is advantageous but not essential
· Strong measuring, calculation and practical problem-solving skills
· Organisation, attention to detail, reliability and punctuality
· A professional, customer-focused approach and clear communication skills
· The ability to work independently, manage your schedule and meet deadlines
· For optional sales work: confidence discussing customer needs and recommending practical solutions

Pay: $100,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
