The Position
· We're looking for reliable, hardworking animal lovers to join our team
· We can teach cleaning techniques. We can't teach kindness towards animals. That's why we recruit for values, character and people who genuinely want to make a better world for animals
What You'll Be Doing
· General residential cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitising
· Removing pet hair and tackling pet-related cleaning challenges
· Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, living areas and bedrooms
· Changing kitty litter, picking up pet waste and treating pet stains and odours
· Cleaning pet habitats using pet-safe methods
· Using pet-safe cleaning products and techniques
· Providing friendly, professional customer service
· Following company procedures and safety guidelines
About You
· You have a genuine affection for animals
· You are comfortable working around pets of all sizes and breeds
· You are reliable, punctual and trustworthy
· You have strong attention to detail
· You have a positive attitude and enjoy learning new skills
· You can recognise animal behaviour and adjust your approach for each pet's safety and wellbeing
· You can work independently and as part of a team
· You have a current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and smartphone
· You can successfully obtain a National Police Check
· You enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service
