Box Seafood Restaurant located in Melbourne CBD on the Paris End is looking to employ an energetic and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.
- You must have experience in cooking Seafood
- Must have experience in a similar role
- Understanding of all sections including deep fryer, pans and larder
- You will be required to work weekends
- Maintain staff rostering
- Create Chef Specials
- Maintain stock levels
- Work closely with the owners for daily operations
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment during theatre
- Place fruit and veg orders and provide daily counts to the owner of stock levels
You will be required to attend a face to face interview.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
