About Us
Hightrans Group is an established transport and logistics company with operations in Queensland and Victoria. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, payment allocation and follow-up of outstanding accounts
- Process Accounts Payable, including supplier invoices and payment preparation
- Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations using Xero
- Reconcile contractor and driver invoices and payment records
- Assist with month-end financial reporting and record maintenance
- Liaise with external accountants and provide supporting documentation as required
- Maintain accurate financial and administrative records
- Provide general administration support to management
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance, accounts, bookkeeping or similar role
- Strong working knowledge of Xero
- Good Microsoft Excel and Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
Desirable
- Experience in the transport, logistics or freight industry
- Experience managing Accounts Receivable and credit control
- Experience working with multiple business entities
