Kiddie Garden Day Care & Pre-School is seeking a warm, reliable and passionate Childcare Educator to join our team in North Parramatta. If you love supporting children’s learning through play and building strong relationships with families, we would love to hear from you.
About the role
You will work alongside our educators to deliver quality early childhood education and care, supporting children’s wellbeing, development and daily routines.
Key responsibilities
- Support the delivery of engaging, age-appropriate programs and activities
- Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing
- Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time and hygiene practices
- Build positive relationships with children, families and the team
- Contribute to observations, documentation and centre quality practices
- Maintain a clean, safe and inclusive learning environment
- Follow centre policies, regulatory requirements and child-safe practices

- Reliability, professionalism and initiative
Requirements (or willingness to obtain)
- Relevant qualification (e.g., Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care)
- Valid Working With Children Check (NSW)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and EYLF is desirable
