Paisley Park welcomes childcare Educators to apply for Lead Diploma Qualified Educator role. Our Centre caters to 160 children. Hence, we have plenty of flexibility for Educators with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. In addition to relevant RTO qualifications, we expect candidates to have experience working across many age groups.

Candidates for the Group Leader role will have specific responsibilities, including mentoring their team and ensuring the educational program reflects children's strengths, interests, and emerging development. Diploma Educators need to be passionate, experienced and flexible in working across ages and varying shifts.
Successful candidates will also be enthusiastic, passionate and have a positive work ethic. Qualified Educators must hold a Diploma in Children’s Services. Must have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role. In addition, qualified applicants may have:
1. A Working with Children Check
2. A Senior First Aid/ Anaphylaxis/ Asthma certificate
3. Child Protection Certification
4. An understanding of the Code of Conduct, WHS Principles and Education and Care Regulations
5. All Required Child Safety and Protection Training
