We are an Ipswich Company looking for a person that is passionate about making a real difference in people's lives and strives to help others that live in supported accommodation. We are currently seeking dependable, empathetic, and flexible Casual NDIS Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role.
We have regular and consistent shift schedules that include mid-week shifts, also including weekend work and over night shifts available.
We provide support to clients living in our supported accommodation, working 7 days a week, therefore your availability outside of the normal office hours will be highly regarded.
You will be someone who is reliable, respectful, and responsive to the individual needs of people with disabilities. Have excellent personal skills and a caring nature is essential**
You must have:
- Current First Aid and CPR certifications or willing to obtain
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Disability Yellow card
- National Police Check (current or within 12 months)
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent
- Proof of the right to work in Australia
- The role:
- Support individuals with intellectual, mental health and or physical disabilities.
Experience: You will naturally work effectively as part of a dedicated team to ensure consistency of support and to positively impact the lives of the individuals you are supporting. If this role interests you please attach a cover letter and your resume and forward your email.

- Assist with daily living – personal care, mobility, meal prep,
- Support clients with independence and goal achievement
- Domestic Tasks to be completed when required
- Assisting individuals with medications
- Complete all relevant documentation and reporting as required
