This is a unique opportunity to lead the strategy, architecture and engineering direction for critical enterprise platforms including Yardi, MRI, Concur, Blackline, GEP and iManage, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, integrated and aligned to business priorities.
The opportunity
Reporting into the Digital & Technology function, you will act as the technical authority for Enterprise Platforms, partnering closely with Product, Digital and business stakeholders to modernise platforms, improve data integrity and deliver solutions that drive operational excellence and business value.
You'll play a key role in uplifting engineering practices and leading vendors and delivery partners within Mirvac's product-led operating model.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership, coaching and direction to engineers, analysts and delivery partners.
- Define and govern solution architecture, engineering standards and design practices.
- Partner with Product, Digital and business teams to deliver technology solutions that support business outcomes.
- Drive platform modernisation, technical uplift and adoption of best-practice integration patterns.
- Oversee the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality, scalability and effective release management.
- Embed security, risk, compliance and governance requirements across platforms.
- Lead vendor and service partner governance to ensure alignment with architecture and delivery standards.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and enterprise platform capabilities.
About you
You'll be a strategic technology leader who combines strong engineering capability with commercial acumen and stakeholder influence.
You will bring:
- 8+ years' experience in software engineering or enterprise applications.
- Experience leading enterprise platforms and managing strategic vendor relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in solution architecture, platform modernisation and technical leadership.
- A track record of delivering technology solutions that drive business value and operational efficiency.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, business partnering and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices, governance controls and enterprise technology environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for leveraging technology to create meaningful business outcomes.
