Newsagency Store Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy and customer-focused newsagency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong retail management skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the store
- Lead, train, and motivate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service standards
- Manage stock control, merchandising, and supplier orders
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive growth
- Handle cash management, banking, and reporting
- Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance standards are maintained
- Manage rostering and staff performance
About You:
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Experience with POS systems and stock management
- Reliable, proactive, and customer-focused attitude

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
