Luke Cross Engineering & Rigging (LCER) was established in Dubbo in 1990. We specialise in the following for Dubbo and surrounding districts:
· Supply, inspection, and testing of lifting and rigging equipment
· Service and repair of agricultural equipment
· Machining of equipment for service industries
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our lifting and rigging team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role involves a combination of site-based and workshop work assisting with the inspection, testing, tagging, servicing, and repair of lifting and rigging equipment across a variety of industries.
· Full-time, long-term position – 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week
· Previous mechanical experience preferred but no required
· Full training provided for the right person
· Generous salary package and supportive working conditions
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Inspection, tagging and certification of lifting and rigging equipment
- General workshop and labouring duties
- Assisting with equipment repairs and maintenance
- Travelling to customer sites across the region
- Loading, unloading, packing and handling equipment
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures
