Andonis is coming to Palm Beach!
Our brand-new Palm Beach store is opening this October and we're looking for an experienced Store Manager and Head Cook to help bring it to life.
This is a chance to get in from the beginning, build your team, set the standards and help create something new with us.
Store Manager
You'll take full ownership of the store and day-to-day operations, working with an owner-operated mindset and being the main point of call for everything happening in the café.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the FOH team.
- Owning the customer experience and store standards.
- Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
- Rostering, stock, food safety and general store operations.
- Working closely with the Head Cook to keep FOH and BOH working together.
- Leading from the front and getting stuck in when things get busy.
We're looking for:
- Previous experience leading a team, ideally in hospitality.
- Strong customer service and operational skills.
- A confident, hands-on leader who enjoys working with people.
- Someone organised, positive and comfortable taking ownership.
Head Cook
You'll take full ownership of the kitchen, leading the BOH team and making sure food, service and kitchen standards are consistently on point.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and developing the BOH team.
- Running the day-to-day kitchen operations.
- Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation.
- Managing stock, food safety and kitchen standards.
- Working closely with the Store Manager to keep FOH and BOH working together.
- Leading from the front during busy service.
We're looking for:
- Previous experience as a Head Cook, Sous Chef or similar senior kitchen role.
- Experience leading a BOH team.
- Strong food quality, presentation and kitchen management skills.
- Someone hands-on, organised and confident leading a busy kitchen.
