In this role, you'll:
Support integrated planning, governance, and coordination across the Sydney Integration branch. You’ll work closely with SI teams and delivery partners to ensure transport initiatives are aligned, evidence-based, and effectively delivered. Your work will help create consistent, customer-focused outcomes and ensure projects move smoothly through the planning and investment lifecycle.
You’ll provide structure and clarity across multiple projects, coordinate forums and committees, and help teams understand what decisions need to be made, when, and why. You’ll also support the preparation of briefs, reports, and governance documentation to help decision-makers act confidently.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting precincts to deliver integrated transport outcomes that align with customer expectations, network priorities, and community needs.
- Contributing to the development of integrated transport solutions, programs of work, and network optimisation initiatives.
- Assisting in project lifecycle management including identification, prioritisation, development, and liaison with delivery partners and specialists.
- Representing Transport in stakeholder engagement, building trusted relationships with councils, communities, and delivery partners.
- Participating in multi‑disciplinary teams to support collaboration, innovation, and integrated planning and delivery.
- Contributing to planning activities including business case sponsorship, investment prioritisation, governance, and performance evaluation.
- Providing project management and support services, including briefs, reporting, coordination, and documentation management.
- Coordinating working groups, committees and consultations to support effective information exchange and project completion.

You’re confident managing multiple priorities, spotting risks, and supporting teams to deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in project management, business improvement, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to present information clearly and logically.
- Experience preparing high‑quality reports, briefs and recommendations on a range of issues.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience.
