Role Description
The Senior Property Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Nabiac, NSW. This position is responsible for managing a portfolio of residential & Commercial Properties, including coordinating leasing activities, conducting property inspections, and overseeing rent collection and arrears management. The role involves liaising with landlords and tenants, handling maintenance requests, engaging with contractors, and ensuring properties comply with relevant legislation and standards. The Senior Property Manager will prepare and review leases and documentation, manage lease renewals and rent reviews, and maintain accurate records in the property management system. This role also includes contributing to process improvements and representing the agency professionally in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential property management, ideally in a senior or supervisory capacity.
- Strong knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills for effective engagement with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple properties and deadlines.
- Proficiency with property management software, Microsoft Office, and general digital tools.
- Ability to work on-site, conduct property inspections, and attend appointments as required around Nabiac and surrounds NSW.
- Current real estate license Class 1, (NSW), or eligibility to obtain it.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for work-related travel.
- Commitment to ethical practice, customer service, and fostering positive team collaboration.
