Restaurant Associates is seeking a Kitchen Hand to join our high-performing kitchen team delivering exceptional food experiences at a global tech institution in the Sydney CBD. This part-time opportunity offers a rare work-life balance with Monday to Thursday shifts, no weekends, and real pathways to grow your hospitality career.
THE POSITION
- Assist with basic food preparation and presentation for corporate catering menus
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas
- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries and supplies
- Follow strict food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols
THE PERSON
- Experience in high volume kitchen hand role
- Demonstrate experience in time management and possess the ability to multitask
- Strong work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
- Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
