Experienced Lash & Brow Artist Sweet Lashes & Brows
We're looking for an experienced, confident Lash & Brow Artist to join our studio.
Our studio focuses on the client experience and creating connections with everyone who walks through our doors, we remember their kids names what they do for work. We are always talking to our clients and their appointment is their time to talk we listen.
This role is best suited to someone who:
- Is already strong in their craft
- Works independently and efficiently
- Holds themselves to high professional standards
- Is a people person and loves talking and getting to know clients
You must be confident and competent in:
- Lash extensions (classic, hybrid & volume)
- Lash lifts and or Korean lash lifts
- Brow lamination, tinting/dye & waxing
- Speaking to a variety of clients and creating a connection with them every time.
- Upselling retail and rebooking clients.
(You should be comfortable performing these services without ongoing training or supervision.)
Candidates must hold lash extension certification to demonstrate competency in this specialised area.
We're specifically looking for someone who:
- Produces clean, consistent work
- A people person — our clients come for the treatment and stay for the connection
- Manages appointment timing confidently
- Works autonomously and takes ownership of their day
- Has excellent hygiene, setup and pack-down standards
- Is reliable, punctual and professional
- Feels comfortable recommending retail and rebooking clients
- Values client experience as much as technical results
- Can work minimum 2 late nights per week in exchange for Saturdays off.
- Social media is a huge part of our salon, must be comfortable being in/making content
- Can take on coaching and feedback
- Reach KPIs for rebooking rates and retail sales
- Assist in cleaning duties for the salon not just your room
- Reception duties, eg. answering the salon phone - must have good phone manner.
This role is not suitable if you:
- Are newly qualified or still building confidence
- Require ongoing technical training
- Are looking to run your own business from home
- Not available to work until 8pm 2-3 nights a week
- Are not open to feedback and coaching

This is a full time position you must have full availability Monday-Friday. We are also hiring for a casual position.
Our salon is open 9am-8pm Monday-Thursday and 9-5pm on Fridays. We need you to be available for 2-3 8pm finishes per week.

Tuesday 12-8pm
Wednesday 9-5pm
Thursday 12-8pm
Friday 9-5pm
We are open to a casual position as well as hiring a full timer so please include this in your cover letter if you are after only casual.
