Hooligan Animation is seeking expressions of interest from talented Storyboard Artists for the 2D animated series.
What You’ll Be Doing

Create clear, engaging storyboards from scripts and creative direction
- Develop strong staging, composition, acting and camera language
- Interpret story beats and pacing for animated sequences
- Collaborate closely with directors and the wider production team
- Revise boards based on creative feedback
- Adhere to strict studio file naming conventions and production workflows
- Deliver work to production deadlines and quotas
Requirements

Experience storyboarding for 2D animation productions
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, cinematography and character acting
- Proficiency in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro is essential
- Strong draftsmanship and composition skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication and time management skills
Production Pipeline

Work directly with directors to refine sequences and storytelling
- Maintain organised project files and version control throughout production
- Ensure boards are clear and production-ready for downstream departments
