SCS Construction Services Family Trust is looking for an experienced and reliable Wall and Floor Tiler to join our team.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Wall and Floor Tiler who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing tiles across residential and/or commercial projects, ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for tiling, including measuring, levelling, waterproofing, and surface preparation
- Set out and install wall and floor tiles
- Cut and shape tiles accurately to suit different areas and designs
- Apply adhesives, grout, and sealants
- Complete bathroom, kitchen, floor, wall, and other tiling projects
- Read and interpret plans and measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Ensure completed work meets quality and project requirements
- Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Wall and Floor Tiler
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good knowledge of tiling materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install tiles
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety
- Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude
Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
