About the role
We're building a multidisciplinary sports clinic where physiotherapy, chiropractic, exercise physiology and massage therapy work from one shared patient plan. You'll join as one of our first physiotherapists helping shape how the physio arm runs, not just slotting into an existing one.
Your day-to-day:
- Deliver hands-on MSK and post-operative physiotherapy
- Prescribe and progress rehabilitation and return-to-load plans
- Liaise with NDIS/NTD contacts, workers comp case managers, chiropractors, EPs and PTs on shared patient cases
- Optional sports coverage with our sponsored teams

What we're looking for
You'll thrive here if you:
- Are AHPRA registered (final year students welcome)
- Are confident with hands-on physiotherapy, exercise prescription and load management
- Eligibility for registration with Medicare and SIRA.
- Take feedback well and treat mistakes as data, not failure
- Want to help build something, not just fill a seat
- Don't take yourself too seriously, while taking the work completely seriously
