Experienced Cook / Café Cook – Café 63 Old Coach Road (HomeCo Upper Coomera)
About the role
Café 63 Old Coach Road is looking for an experienced and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy café environment and is looking for a stable, long-term position.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of café dishes across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen cleanliness.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook café menu items including breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation during busy service periods
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and well maintained
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a high-volume café environment
About you:
- Previous experience as a Cook in a café, restaurant, or similar kitchen environment
- Experience with breakfast, lunch, and dinner service is highly regarded
- Experience working in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment is preferred
- Good understanding of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team
- Flexible availability for rostered shifts, including weekends
- Looking for a stable, long-term position
About us:
Café 63 Old Coach Road is a busy café located at HomeCo Upper Coomera, trading 7 days a week from 5:30am to 9:00pm. We serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner and are looking for someone who can contribute to our kitchen team.

Pay: $32.18 – $39.66 per hour
