We are seeking an experienced and passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver and assess the following qualifications:
- Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)
- Diploma of Business
You will deliver engaging training sessions, assess student competency, provide learner support, and ensure compliance with RTO and CRICOS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver face-to-face and blended training.
- Conduct assessments and provide timely feedback.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with ASQA and organisational requirements.
Essential Requirements
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent).
- Qualification at least one level higher than the courses being delivered.
- Industry experience in leadership, management, learning and development, or business.
- Experience delivering and assessing vocational qualifications.
- Strong communication and student engagement skills.
Desirable
- Experience with international students.
- Knowledge of CRICOS and ESOS requirements.
- Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
