Tradewind Australia is partnering with a community focused organisation to recruit an experienced Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educator for a service ijn Dimboola in regional Victoria.

About the role
As an experienced Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality programs for children in the funded kindergarten years. You'll contribute to planning and delivering engaging learning experiences, creating safe and inclusive environments, and building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Requirements (essential)
-
Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA-recognised equivalent)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar permanent Diploma Educator role (not suitable for newly qualified educators)

WWCC (Employee)

First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis (or willingness to obtain immediately)

Strong knowledge of approved learning frameworks and curriculum approaches

Confident communicator with a collaborative, child-focused approach
