About the RoleThe successful applicant will:
- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children and families.
- Support children's learning and development through play-based experiences.
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team and fellow educators.
- Contribute to curriculum planning, observations and documentation in line with the EYLF and VEYLDF.
- Support children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
- Maintain a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism, initiative and a positive team approach.
