Conduct market research and supply market analysis to identify supplier capability, pricing trends, and opportunities for innovation
Develop RFx documentation (RFI, RFP, RFQ) including technical specifications, pricing schedules, evaluation criteria, and commercial terms
Lead vendor evaluation processes, including qualitative and quantitative assessments, reference checks, and financial analysis
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with suppliers to deliver favourable commercial outcomes
Support the implementation of procurement category strategies aligned with client objectives and JLL standards
Identify cost savings opportunities and value improvement initiatives across the supply base
Manage supplier performance and contract compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
Stakeholder & Client Engagement
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders (account teams, operations, finance) and client procurement/facilities teams
Act as a trusted advisor to account teams and clients on procurement matters related to FM services
Present sourcing project outcomes, recommendations, and business cases to stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to define sourcing scope and objectives
Manage client and vendor escalations, resolving issues with professionalism and commercial acumen
Ensure sourcing activities align with client expectations, service delivery requirements, and account objectives
Bid & Transition Support

Develop sourcing strategies and value propositions for new business opportunities
Contribute to transition planning for newly won accounts, including supplier assessment, contract novation/transfer, and quick-win identification
Collaborate with bid and transition teams to ensure seamless handover and delivery of procurement workstreams
Analysis, Reporting & Compliance
Prepare procurement reports covering activity progress, savings delivery, supplier performance, and risk management
Maintain accurate records of sourcing activity, supplier agreements, and procurement decisions
Conduct spend analysis and cost benchmarking to inform sourcing decisions and identify value opportunities
Ensure compliance with JLL and client procurement policies, standards, and governance requirements
Support the development of procurement dashboards and reporting tools
Risk & Supply Chain Management

Stay informed of FM services market trends, supplier innovations, and industry best practices
Contribute to the development of sourcing methodologies, templates, and tools
Share knowledge and lessons learned across the sourcing team to drive continuous improvement
