As a PM Room Attendant with Empire Hospitality, you will support our luxury hotel partners by ensuring guest rooms and floors are immaculate, refreshed, and ready on time. This role suits individuals who take pride in presentation, enjoy working independently, and thrive in a professional, high‑end environment. Shift times 12.00pm to 7.00 pm.

Evening refresh service — remake beds, replace towels, replenish amenities, and reset rooms to 5‑star standards

Turn‑down service — prepare rooms for guest return, ensuring comfort, ambience, and attention to detail

Floor and corridor upkeep — maintain pristine presentation of guest floors and service areas

Guest interaction — respond promptly and courteously to guest requests

Reporting and communication — escalate maintenance issues, log lost property, and communicate with supervisors

WHS and security compliance — follow Empire Hospitality’s safety, hygiene, and operational protocols

Previous housekeeping or hotel experience (preferred)

Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation

Ability to work independently during PM shifts
