Ultimate Paintball is on the hunt for energetic Junior Referees (15+) to join our crew at Sydney’s largest paintball park in Cawdor, NSW.
This isn’t your average casual job. You’ll be outdoors, leading missions, hyping up groups, running battlefields, and becoming part of a fast-paced team that delivers unforgettable experiences every weekend.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Junior Referee, you’ll work alongside our Senior Ref team helping run massive paintball game days across 14+ battlefields.
Your role includes:
- Prepping Equipment for the day.
- Assisting with game sessions and player briefings
- Helping players gear up and get mission-ready
- Supporting safety checks and field supervision
- Creating an exciting atmosphere for groups
- De gearing, washing and cleaning equipment.
- Learning leadership and event management skills
- Becoming part of a close-knit, high-energy team
No experience? No stress. We’ll train you up.
Who We’re Looking For
We want legends with good energy and the right attitude.
You should be:
- 15 years or older
- Available weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
- Confident talking to people
- Reliable and able to show initiative
- Comfortable outdoors and staying active
- Keen to learn leadership skills
- Into sport, fitness, gaming, paintball, events, or team environments
Bonus points if you’re the type of person who naturally takes charge in group situations.
