This role is for someone who has completed their first few years in practice and is ready to take greater ownership of their clinical direction and career development.
You will build on your existing experience with support to develop your niche, grow a caseload of ideal clients, strengthen your clinical reasoning and take on opportunities that match your interests.
Senior Physiotherapist
This role offers autonomy in your clinical work while maintaining the support and connection of a collaborative team. You will have the same opportunity to shape your caseload, develop or grow an existing clinical niche and create programs or services.
There is also the option to take on additional responsibilities aligned with your strengths and interests. Any agreed additional responsibilities will be reflected in your remuneration.

About us
Whittlesea Physiotherapy and Clinical Pilates has served the Whittlesea community since 2005. We provide physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Concussion Management, Women's Health Physiotherapy, sports rehabilitation, active-ageing programs, yoga therapy and community education.
We are the only CCMI-certified and NFNL-endorsed concussion clinic in the area. Our team is experienced, supportive and committed to helping clients feel better, move better and return to the activities that matter to them.
We are a close-knit community-focused clinic serving Whittlesea and surrounds which is situated just an hour from Melbourne, adjacent to the rapidly growing outer northern growth corridors of Donnybrook, Doreen, Mernda and Beveridge.

Pay: $83,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
