To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team.
The Role
You will be the responsible for managing the daily operations and commercial performance of Billini’s retail business.
Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the retail business, including sales performance, customer service, store presentation, stock control and operational standards.
- Supervise, train and support retail staff, including rostering, task allocation, performance monitoring and ensuring staff follow company procedures.
- Plan and implement sales strategies, promotional activities and customer service initiatives to increase revenue and improve business performance.
- Monitor sales data, stock levels, product performance and customer demand to identify commercial opportunities and operational improvements.
- Manage inventory requirements, stock replenishment, merchandising standards, product displays and store layout to maximise sales and maintain brand image.
- Liaise with suppliers, internal teams and management regarding stock availability, delivery timelines, product requirements and customer demand.
Work Experience and Skills
- Relevant qualification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of retail operations.
- Ability to manage staff, stock, sales targets and day-to-day store operations.
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong commercial awareness.
