We’re looking for enthusiastic Food Retail Assistants / Baristas to join our team.
Deliver outstanding customer service
Set up, fill, and maintain store displays
Upsell products to customers
Prepare cold beverages (milkshakes & iced drinks)
Work the coffee machine and prepare quality coffees
Follow food safety procedures (temperature checks & recording)
Perform general cleaning duties throughout the store
Strong customer service skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Confidence in a fast-paced environment
Enjoyment of upselling and customer interaction
Good organisational skills
Retail or food experience is an advantage but not essential
Barista experience is a bonus
Flexible availability across a rotating Monday–Sunday roster
Shifts vary between early mornings and evenings (approximately 7:00am–9:30pm)
