We are seeking passionate and dedicated therapists to join our team on an occasional basis. This role provides the flexibility to choose your availability and workload while working with a diverse range of NDIS participants.
As an Occasional Therapist, you will have the opportunity to:
- Provide high-quality, person-centred therapeutic services to NDIS participants.
- Support participants to achieve their individual goals, build capacity and enhance independence.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families, carers and support teams.
- Develop positive and professional relationships with participants and stakeholders.
- Contribute to outcomes that improve participants’ wellbeing, participation and quality of life.
About You
We are looking for therapists who are:
- Qualified and appropriately registered or accredited within their profession.
- Experienced in working with people with disability, psychosocial disability or complex support needs.
- Compassionate, respectful and committed to person-centred practice.
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively to a multidisciplinary team.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong commitment to quality service delivery.
- Knowledgeable about the NDIS framework, participant rights and capacity-building approaches.

Pay: $70.00 – $110.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4.0 – 10.0 per week
