As a Senior Data Scientist in Financial Crime domain, you’ll be a hands-on technical leader working in multiple cross-functional squads with engineers and other experts to design and deliver innovative, responsible and high impact AI solutions for multiple projects at once . You’ll stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, fostering a culture of curiosity, inclusion, and continuous learning in the team, and translating complex ideas into high-impact outcomes for our customers and colleagues. You’ll contribute strongly to guide the team on technically demanding problems across Fin Crime domain as AI continues to evolve.

We’re looking for a candidate who brings a strong blend of technical expertise , strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in delivering impactful data science solutions. The ideal candidate will have:
Extensive experience in data science and machine learning, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects from problem scoping and data preparation to model development, deployment, and monitoring.
Hands-on experience with MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, versioning, and lifecycle management in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Strong working knowledge of generative AI tools and techniques, including prompt engineering, integrating AI-generated outputs into workflows, and enhancing productivity through AI-assisted development.
Proficiency in software engineering principles, including version control, testing, and scalable solution design, to ensure robust and maintainable ML systems.
