Atlas Lawyers Commercial is currently seeking a motivated Commercial Lawyer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with at least 1-year post-admission experience in commercial law who is looking to develop their career within a growing and supportive legal practice.

About You
We are looking for a Commercial Lawyer who has:
- Strong understanding of Australian commercial law, legislation, and legal procedures
- Experience advising businesses and clients on commercial matters
- Experience with commercial contracts, agreements, and negotiations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A practical, commercial, and solutions-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines
Skills & Qualifications
- Admitted as a Legal Practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate
- Minimum 1 year post-admission experience in commercial law
- Experience across a diverse range of commercial and business matters
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage matters from initial instruction through to completion
- Sound understanding of Australian commercial legislation and legal principles
