We are looking for local experienced Disability Support Workers to join our amazing team!
Minimum 2+ years of disability support work experience is required.
To care and support multiple clients with different needs who live in the Sutherland Shire & St George area.
WHAT IS ON OFFER:
- Multiple shifts available between 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday

THE ROLE:
Disability Support Workers are required to perform duties such as provide domestic assistance, personal care, medication administration, assist with community access and social activities and assist participants meet their goals.
We support people who have various disabilities to achieve their goals, improve their wellbeing, promote independence and inspire happiness. Such a rewarding opportunity for someone who is motivated to making difference to other's lives.
TO BE SUCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a support worker in disability or aged care, nursing and nursing students advantageous
- Must have availability to work between Monday to Sunday with flexibility to work multiple shifts
- Full availability across all days is preferred to ensure comprehensive support coverage
- WWCC and NDISWC must be held before applying for this position
- First Aid and CPR certificates must be current before starting employment
- Driver's License, comprehensive car insurance and reliable vehicle
- Warm and nurturing nature with a passion for caring is a must
- Workers who live locally in the Sutherland shire, St George or surrounding suburbs highly regarded
- Must have right to work in Australia.
