Waitstaff – Tipsy Cow Steakhouse
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable waitstaff to join the team at Tipsy Cow Steakhouse. If you’re passionate about delivering great service in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient table service
Take food and beverage orders accurately
Deliver meals and drinks promptly
Maintain a clean and organised section
Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Process payments and operate POS systems
Requirements:
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate (essential)
Valid Food Handler’s Certificate (essential)
Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Well-presented with a positive attitude
