About the Role
As an Early Childhood Educator, your responsibilities will include:
- Embedding the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) to guide and inspire your practice
- Planning, implementing, and reflecting on engaging, developmentally appropriate learning experiences
- Following and upholding our Child Safe Code of Conduct
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children’s learning and development
- Building strong, respectful partnerships with families and valuing each child’s unique background
- Maintaining accurate and compliant documentation and records
- Participating in ongoing professional development, training, and team meetings
- Supporting an inclusive environment that celebrates and accommodates diverse needs
- Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met

You Will Need:
- Australian working rights
- A current NSW Working with Children Check
- A completed ACECQA-recognised Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Applicants working towards their Diploma will also be considered
- Completed Child Protection Training and understanding of child safe practices
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates
- Knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and National Regulations (2011)
- Sound understanding of the EYLF

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
