What you will do
As senior project manager, commercial and legal, you will provide commercial and legal advice that supports justice infrastructure projects.
You will help guide projects from planning through to delivery while supporting long-term infrastructure decisions.
You will:
- provide expert advice on procurement models, project costings and business cases
- develop accurate cost benchmarks and long-term asset replacement models
- support strategic contract planning, options analysis and contract negotiations
- prepare complex reports, briefings and presentations for senior decision-makers
- work with a multidisciplinary team to provide advice, guidance and project support.
About you
You must hold a relevant qualification in quantity surveying, cost engineering, construction or a related field.
You will also bring experience in infrastructure cost estimating, procurement delivery models and contract management.
You should also have:
- strong commercial estimating and scheduling experience
- proven government infrastructure procurement knowledge
- excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- the ability to build productive relationships and communicate with impact.
