Position Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the delivery of NDIS services, ensuring participants receive high-quality, person-centred supports. The role oversees workforce scheduling, participant onboarding, service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder communication while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of NDIS supports for participants.
- Develop and maintain staff rosters to ensure adequate service coverage.
- Match participants with suitable support workers based on their needs and preferences.
- Conduct participant intake, assessments, and service commencement.
- Maintain regular communication with participants, families, carers, and support workers.
- Monitor service quality and participant outcomes.
- Resolve rostering issues, service changes, and emergency staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, organisational policies, and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate participant records, case notes, incident reports, and service agreements.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing supervision of support workers.
- Investigate and manage complaints, incidents, and participant feedback.
- Prepare reports and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

- Essential Skills and Experience
- Experience in disability, community services, aged care, or healthcare coordination.
- Strong rostering and workforce management experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple participants and staff simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the NDIS, disability sector, and person-centred practice.
- High level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and client management systems.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
