Welding industry
Provide sales support and customer service to distributors in relation to welding
Provide technical support on products to distributors and their customers.
Assist the Product / Sales Manager with any duties relating to sales and technical support.
Key Responsibilities
· Familiarise and gain in depth knowledge of Welding products and systems.
· Handle incoming calls and emails enquiries on sales.
· Provide order confirmations, quotes, ETA’s and pricing enquiries to Distributors.
· Manage the invoicing process, including issuing invoices to Distributors
· Provide technical support on products to Distributors.
· Processing sales orders in system and manually, if required.
· Assist Product Manager with any duties relating to sales and technical support.
· Assist Warehouse staff with special orders specifications.
· Liaise with others in sales team on product, technical and process matters.
· Promote sales specials.
· Assist with the annual company stock take.
· Assist warehouse team with picking & packing of orders where required.
· Liaise with warehouse team on orders or delivery issues.
· Work in collaboration with other team members within IWWS.
· Communicate to Product / Sales Manager on stock issues.
· Maintain a high level of professionalism.
· Other duties as may be requested.
· OH&S responsibility.
full time position
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
Experience:
- customer service: 3 years (Required)
- warehousing: 1 year (Preferred)
- welding knowledge an advantage: 1 year (Preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- car and drivers license (Preferred)
