Greater Good Care is a community-based organisation that provides NDIS disability and complex mental health services. MISSION – Our goal is to deliver empathetic and top-notch support services to all individuals. We concentrate on collaborating with people who are struggling with severe mental health conditions, those who have coexisting diagnoses of psychiatric and episodic mental illnesses and offer them support through advocacy and community integration.
About You
With a passion for seeing others gain independence in their life, you will need to have extensive knowledge & proven experience in a similar role of accessing a range of relevant community resources, particularly in the areas of health, drug & alcohol, legal, income support, employment, and recreation.
In addition, you will possess:
- Effective listening skills and adaptable communication style
- Demonstrated flexibility, patience, initiative, and emotional resilience.
- The capability to advocate for others and build support networks.
- An understanding of the Trauma Informed Care and the NDIS frameworks
- Qualifications in Individual Support, Disability Work, or other relevant qualification
This position requires to acquisition and maintaining a positive Working with Children’s Check, a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, NDIS and Disability Workers clearance and possessing a current & valid driver’s license.
About the Role
- Developing professional relationships with individuals, their families, and others in the community to build support networks.
•Providing advocacy and support to individuals as well as linkages & services to allied health, or other primary supports
•Regular completion of accurate and timely case notes

Who are we?
We provide Complex Mental Health and Disability Services for individuals living with severe mental illness or physical disability. Our primary focus is on working with forensic clients who have legal, AOD, and IVO issues, including those who experience intellectual, dual diagnoses, episodic mental illness, and psychosocial disability.
The director of Greater Good Care Services Pty Ltd has over 5 years of experience in Complex and Intensive Mental Health Disorders, Dual Disability, and Dual Diagnoses. They have also completed formal qualifications to supplement their wealth of knowledge in complex mental health and disability service provision. Greater Good Care Services Pty Ltd was established with the aim of providing tailored care services to people with disabilities, focusing on quality and compassion.
Pay: $31.00 – $38.00 per hour
