About the Role
Join the Roofmart VIC team and be part of a supportive, hands-on environment where no two days are the same. This is a face-to-face customer service role, along with phone and email. You’ll help process orders, support clients, and keep the team running smoothly.
We offer comprehensive product and program training, so no prior industry experience is necessary. Many of our team members have transitioned from a variety of backgrounds and are excelling in this role.
We value diverse experience and welcome candidates from outside the industry.
What You’ll Do

Accurately type and process orders into our system

Provide friendly counter and phone-based support
- Assist with internal administration tasks such as filing, chasing old quotes, and general team support

Work collaboratively within a close-knit team of four, supporting each other to meet daily targets
Working arrangements: Monday to Friday 7:30am – 4pm (Onsite)

Stable under pressure and able to multitask

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Enthusiastic and motivated to learn a unique industry

Proficient in speaking Hindi language (desirable)
