- Support the review and improvement of service offerings and solutions, including ways of working, proposals, knowledge sharing and the use of technology generally
- Identify opportunities to improve precedents, workflows and ways of working within the practice group
About you
At Law Squared, we hire for mindset as much as skillset. The ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced – You bring 4 – 6+ PQE, with a background in litigation which may include acting for financiers, debt and asset recovery agents, insurers, and/or corporate clients generally
- Tech and AI proficient – You are comfortable using technology and enthusiastic about adopting new tools that enhance efficiency and service delivery in a modern, paperless environment

- Collaborative – You work well within a team, sharing resources and knowledge, and thrive in an environment that rewards shared outcomes over individual competition
- Team-oriented – You’re motivated by collective success rather than the traditional partnership track, and are comfortable working towards team-based, rather than individual, targets
- Adaptable – You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace change and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities
Given that we have removed all hierarchical titles from our firm, it is important that becoming a partner isn’t your main priority and that you are open to working in a collaborative firm that values whole team success over individual accolades.

Different on Purpose – You challenge the status quo and look for better ways of doing things
Keep It Real – You communicate openly, honestly and authentically
