The Happy Rack is opening a brand-new store in Ashgrove, Brisbane and we're looking for a lovely Assistant Store Manager to assist with day-to-day store operations.
The Happy Rack is a rent-a-rack store where you can rent a rack and sell your clothes. Renters change every two weeks, meaning there's always new clothes to find. This position is a real opportunity to make a role your own from the get-go as you'll be joining us from the very beginning!
Day in the life
Support the Owner in delivering personalised customer experiences.
Manage daily operations of our rent-a-rack service including visual merchandising and store presentation.
Perform Store Manager duties including opening and closing the store.
Managing our consignment service
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in a fashion retail environment.
Confidence in providing feedback and coaching team members.
A strong passion for fashion and delivering personalised customer service.
Knowledge of loss prevention and health & safety practices.
Experience in visual merchandising is a plus!
Experience in designer authentication is a plus!
Interest in content creation is a plus to help support our renters

The role would be Tuesday to Saturday, or Tuesday to Friday if looking for part-time. Please make your hours known in your application as these days are non-negotiable.
